Yes. Each design starts as a hand-painted original before being transformed into wearable art. We don’t use mass-produced graphics or generic templates—everything is rooted in real artistry.

How does the made-to-order process work?

We don’t hold excess inventory or overproduce. Each piece is crafted once an order is placed, ensuring sustainability and reducing waste. This also means your order is created specifically for you.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Since every item is made-to-order, production time varies slightly. We’ll provide tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as a defect or incorrect item, contact us and we’ll make it right.
